The Royal Easter Show

09/04/09
It was the last day of school yet very excited, not only it was the holidays but we had an excursion for Year 9 Food Technology class. It was to the Royal Easter Show. Our class went by train. Man it was so packed to the very MAX. Luckliy we got the chance to get on the train because i've seen there were people who had to wait for the next train. Now you can see how full the train is. We've been standing up for so long that it seemed like an hour. Then we at last arrived at the station.
It was a short walk and before we know it we were already at the front enterance. It did not take long for us to get inside. The first place we went to was the stinky farm but some of the animals we saw were quite cute. Like little chicks, goats, lambs, baby pigs, you name it. We got to touch them too, we saw lots of animals and everyone was complaining about the smell.
The animals seeing was over and everyone was saying finally that was over. We quicky washed our hands and we had recess. Man those foods are sure expensive and those chips i ate, i will never eat again because it was too salty at the bottom of cup.
It was off to see the flower shops. But they are not any ordinary flowers, they were actually unique flowers, flowers that I have not ever seen for the first time. They even ranked the flowers first, second and third, well i didnt know how they jugded it.
We did not spend long in there and soon after we went into the WoolWorths building. There were free samples and free food/drinks for us to try. We were grabed abit each. We walked pasted this vending machine. But its not just any machine it a human vending machine. He was doing break dance moves and all that attracting us attention.
The end of the day walking has come and everyone went crazy over the showbags, its like we cant wait to get them. We all raced in the store and chose what showbags we wanted. We were all taking our time, searching around for our favourite showbags, wondering back and around and back again. We at last chose the one we wanted.
Everyone had more than two showbags. For me, I had one for myself and one for my sister, so it makes two. It was ten past two and we went to catch our train. Everyone was talking about this and that and looking at each others showbag and saying how fun it was.
We arrived at Canley Vale Train Station and the time was Two to Three pm, the bell was going to ring, We all quicken up the paste to get back to school on time. But it did not happened. Once I got home, i gave my siser her showbag and she was so happy and excited and jumping around that i gave her a showbag, she was playing with it for the rest of that evening. What a day it was.
